The moments that actually stay with you aren’t always the polished ones.
And while a lot of it is helpful… there’s something I kept noticing.
The moments that actually stay with you aren’t always the polished ones.
They’re the real ones where someone says something honest and you feel it land somewhere in your body.
In the caravan.
In the middle of a brow appointment, or a reflection session, or a conversation that wasn’t meant to go anywhere deeper… until it does.
And what I’ve realised is…
the same themes come up again and again.
Different people.
Different lives.
But the same thoughts.
Not feeling heard.
Holding things in.
Second guessing themselves.
Wondering if they’re the only one.
They’re not.
It’s not about being the most interesting person in the room.
Because when you show up as yourself…
You quietly give other people permission to do the same.

The Podcast
Inside the caravan.
In the middle of everyday conversations.
Out on retreats.
Around a table.
Or out in the world where people feel most like themselves.
But the intention stays the same.
To create space for the kinds of conversations
that actually make people feel something.
We spend a lot of time looking outside of ourselves for answers.
Listening to people who seem further ahead. More certain. More put together.
And while there’s value in that… it’s easy to forget that no one actually has this all figured out.
We’re all doing this for the first time.
And remind them… they’re not the only one.
